Tottenham chief executive Fabio Paratici wants to make new acquisitions for the Spurs. But the priority for the club, at the moment, is to sell players.
According to Fabrizio Romano in an interview with Wondergoal Podcast, the Italian specialist and club officials are “happy with the squad they have.”
The insider commented on the transfer policy of the team from North London:
“For Tottenham, they have had a fantastic summer in my personal opinion. They changed the strategy of the club”.
It is possible, Fabrizio points out, that Tottenham will apply for new transfers at the end of the summer. However, the club needs to sell players first, to balance their total spendings of £82.8 million.
“They need to sell players, (Giovanni) Lo Celso, (Tanguy) Ndombele, and find a solution for Sergio Reguilón, who in my opinion is a very good opportunity because he is a very good left back available to the market. Also other players like (Harry) Winks.”
