According to CMW, Tottenham’s manager Antonio Conte is absolutely determined to bring Nicolo Zaniolo from Roma.
Juventus are also in the fight for the midfielder, as Antonio Conte intends to get ahead of the Italian club and complete the deal at any cost. Roma want close to 50 million euros (£42.42 million) for their star.
According to the report, Juventus may consider Tottenham’s Brazilian striker Lucas Moura as alternative option. So if Spurs can seal Zaniolo, then the Brazilian will be given the green light to move to Turin.
The 23-year-old attacking midfielder is one of the most promising players in Serie A, and has already gained extensive experience in the league. Last season the Italian played 23 matches in the starting lineup and 5 times appeared as a substitute.
Zaniolo’s versatility will also fit Antonio Conte’s system. The attacking midfielder can play both as a central striker and as a right winger.
