According to Sky Germany, Bayern Munich have offered Tottenham €20m (£17m) and Corentin Tolisso in exchange for Tanguy Ndombele.
Well, after Ndombele told Tottenham he wanted to leave, it seems that Europe’s finest are already making attempts to sign him.
However, that offer from Bayern Munich is an insult, in our view.
Tolisso only has one year left on his contract, so he’s not exactly a valuable asset right now.
Admittedly, the 27-year-old did cost Bayern Munich £35.2m, but he’s certainly not worth that anymore.
For Bayern Munich to offer him, and a measly £17m for a player Tottenham paid £53.8m for, surely isn’t going to impress Daniel Levy.
Unsurprisingly, Sky Germany add that Tottenham rejected the bid.
Interestingly, Arsenal are said to be keen on signing Tolisso.
The Gunners want to bring the 27-cap France international to the Emirates Stadium, and as a result, will surely take interest in Sky Germany‘s news.
If Bayern Munich are willing to offer him around, then Arsenal should take plenty of encouragement – he’s clearly surplus to requirements at the Allianz Arena.
Now, it will be interesting to see if the Gunners make a move for Tolisso, who is quite clearly available.
It’s worth noting that West Ham are also keen on signing Tolisso.
Keep an eye on the Frenchman’s future, as a move to the Premier League before transfer deadline day could well be on.
