‘Played a good first half’ – Antonio Conte says Tottenham player can do much better

After the victory over the K League team, Tottenham manager Antonio Conte said that midfielder Oliver Skipp can still give the team a lot more.

Having played the full first half, the 21-year-old acted very cold-bloodedly in certain situations.

Spurs’ official channel on YouTube chatted with Conte after the game. There was a question about the Englishman’s game.

The Italian manager praised the midfielder’s performance in the match and commented on it:

Skippy played a good first half but I know that he can do much better. Matthew maybe is a bit behind Skippy, but we are talking about two players who have to recover and be fit for the start of the season.

Oliver Skipp continues to recover from injury and wants to cement his place in the Tottenham’s main squad.
