Heung-Min Son has hailed Dele Alli, Steven Bergwijn and Lucas Moura as ‘amazing’ after helping Tottenham Hotspur to victory last night, while speaking to the club’s official website.
Spurs beat MK Dons 3-1 yesterday, with Son getting on the scoresheet.
Lucas and Alli also hit the back of the net on the evening, as Tottenham continued their winning start to pre-season.
And Son said that he is really enjoying linking up with Tottenham’s other attackers.
“I’m always enjoying playing with these amazing players, like Dele, Stevie and Lucas,” he said.
“Whoever plays, I’m really enjoying playing with them and we understand each other really well.
“I have only played two games, but it’s been really positive. The guys are working hard to make the fans proud.”
Spurs’s attack will, of course, look very different once Harry Kane returns.
But for now Alli’s opening to pre-season has been encouraging, as has Lucas’s.
Lucas was actually deployed in a central role which Jose Mourinho often used him in and he continued to impress.
Tottenham will face tougher challenges in the coming weeks than last night though.
Spurs now have friendlies against Arsenal and Chelsea, which should ramp up the pressure ahead of the start of the season.
