Tottenham Hotspur have stepped up talks over securing a loan departure for Tanguy Ndombele, according to Fabrizio Romano.
As informs the TBR, the Spurs record signing has fallen out of favour under Antonio Conte in recent weeks.
Ndombele hasn’t played in the Premier League this year, and his last Tottenham appearance came on 9 January.
The 25-year-old started in the FA Cup third-round victory over Morecambe, but was substituted in the 69th minute.
Ndombele walked slowly off the pitch – with the team 1-0 down – and only appeared to slow down further when some supporters started booing.
He walked straight off down the tunnel before later returning to the Spurs dugout for the game’s final stages.
According to football.london, Ndombele has been training away from his teammates.
With the January transfer window in full swing, it looks as though the France international could leave N17 soon.
Mauricio Pochettino’s PSG reportedly want Ndombele, with Romano reporting on Friday morning that they’d be in talks again “in the next hours”.
Tottenham apparently want the French giants to pay Ndombele’s full salary and the deal could even include an option to buy.
The Spurs player “wants the move”, added Romano.

It’s a shame that Tottenham’s record signing, an incredibly talented player, looks set to depart N17. However, he’s struggled to maintain consistency throughout his time at Tottenham. Sadly it’s not too surprising if he does leave.
