Fabrizio Romano has revealed that Simone Inzaghi, who has been linked heavily with the Spurs job, has agreed to join Inter Milan, writes the SpursWeb.
Mauricio Pochettino and Antonio Conte are reportedly the favourites to be the next Tottenham boss as things stand but Inzaghi was also previously mooted as a potential contender for the job.
Some sources claimed that Tottenham were eyeing a move for the 45-year-old while others reported that the Italian was in talks with a London club, who made an ‘unmissable offer’.
Lazio confirmed on Friday that the club had parted ways with Inzaghi, amidst rumours linking him with both Spurs and Inter.
While Inter are yet to confirm his appointment, Romano believes that Inzaghi’s move to the San Siro is a done deal.
The journalist also insisted that Conte, who some sources have backed to complete a move to Spurs, will make a decision on his future in the next few days.
Official. Inzaghi leaves Lazio and he’s gonna sign as new Inter manager.
Allegri will be announced soon as new Juventus manager – Pirlo will be sacked.
Spalletti is one step away from joining Napoli as new manager.
Antonio Conte will decide his future ‘in the next few days’.
