Spurs and Fabio Paratici are among the major news breakers this June. The club wants to back-up Antonio Conte properly as the manager prepares for the next season.
The Express informs that Fabio Paratici has left for Italy to convince AS Roma to start negotiations over Nicolo Zaniolo transfer. The 22-year-old attacker is a versatile player, who demonstrated steady progress during his spell at Roma. Both Paratici and Conte adore the young winger, as does Mourinho who definitely is not a fan of idea to let Zaniolo leave.
Reliable insider Di Marzio also confirms that Tottenham’s Managing Director has jetted to Rome to engage in talks with Roma’s transfer chief. The Italy international has endured several injuries during the 2021/22 season, but still managed 28 appearances in Serie A, scoring twice and giving 5 assists.
Earlier it became known that Milan and Juventus also claim Zaniolo. It was reported that Roma valued the midfielder at 50 million euros and could not agree on a contract extension with him, which expires in June 2024.
