Excluded from South Korea trip Tottenham player puts himself in hands of agent


Today the Tottenham’s 30-man squad has arrived in Seoul to start their pre-season tour. The last week’s rumor that Antonio Conte is going to take with him only the players he wants to stay at the club turned out to be true.

The travelling list lacked such big names as Tanguy Ndombele, Harry Winks, Sergio Reguilon and Giovani Lo Celso. As reported these players were told to find new clubs as soon as possible. Among this list, the one that raised the most smoke among Spurs fans is Sergio Reguilon.

According to Marca, the Spanish left-back Sergio Reguilon due to a possible transfer. The newspaper has not specified the clubs that show interest in Sergio. At the same time, Marca claims that the player ‘put himself in the hands’ of his super-agent Kia Joorabchian and wants to find a new club this month.

Other Spanish outlet Mucho Deporte writes that Sevilla, the club Sergio Reguilon played on loan from Real Madrid, might consider bringing the Spain international back. However, a £4m-a-year salary he gets at N17 can pose an obstacle which the Spanish side could not overcome.
