Spurs have been interested in Torino defender Gleison Bremer since the beginning of this year.
Tottenham were reportedly expected to make an offer for the 25-year-old Brazilian in late June, but the center-back was likely not interested in a move to the Premier League, so Spurs concentrated their efforts on other newcomers.
Corriere dello Sport further concluded that the situation with the Brazilian has changed, after Torino president Urbano Cairo tried to make the most of the transfer, and he reportedly did not care what destination Bremer would choose.
However, later the president faced the situation that the player “wants Inter at all costs” and he “even made it clear to Tottenham”.
It means that Cairo is likely to let his star go at some point, as the Brazilian is not interested in leaving Italy while only the Milan side shows concrete interest among Serie A clubs.
