‘Djed Spence transfer verdict’ – Alasdair Gold hints at fourth summer signing at Tottenham

The signing of Middlesbrough’s young English player Djed Spence could happen already this summer.

According to Alasdair Gold on his YouTube channel, we should expect new announcements regarding the right-back’s future transfer in the coming days.

Tottenham’s officials reportedly have not yet come to an agreement with the parent club. Middlesbrough head coach Chris Wilder openly expresses the club’s position in the current situation:

“The boy obviously doesn’t want to come back here, which I’ve got absolutely no issue with. He obviously sees his future away from here, and he had a brilliant season last season. We’re expecting that deal to happen, but if it doesn’t, then he’s our player.”

Fabio Paratici has already made three rather valuable additions to the squad, worth just £25 million. The transfer of the 21-year-old right-back, even for £20 million, would be another successful deal for Tottenham.
