‘Barcelona ready to sell striker’ – Spurs asked about second Catalan player after Lenglet

According to Catalan newspaper Sport, the transfer of French defender Clement Lenglet is almost completed. The Frenchman is expected to move for a one-year loan with a mandatory buyout of more than 10 million euros.

However, apart from Lenglet, Barcelona striker Memphis Depay is also on the radar of Spurs. The Catalans are ready to let the player go, but not less than for 20 million euros.

The Dutchman and his agent have been informed of this and are allowed to look for a potential club. It is reported that Tottenham have been interested in Depay for several months.

Current priority for the player is to stay with Barcelona, but it has been said from the players representatives that if he leaves the Blaugranas, then it has to be a club from the Champions League. Tottenham fits that description.
