Antonio Conte delivers an exit hint for the two players who were absent against Rangers

Harry Kane’s perfect performance has helped the Spurs to secure a win over Rangers on Saturday. In addition, most newcomers have enjoyed their first minutes in Tottenham’s shirt.

However, there was a bunch of last season’s starters absent. Reguilon, Giovani Lo Celso, Ndombele and Harry Winks remained in London, as Conte’s is adamant in his decision – he does not count on the quartet and wants them to find a new club as soon as possible. Ben Davies and Oliver Skipp, on the other side, are in the plans for next season but were absent due to injuries.

Keen fans must have also noticed that there were two players who did not make a trip to Galsgow, despite featuring in South Korea trip. The two in question are Harvey White and Troy Parrott, and leaving them behind the squad may indicate Conte’s position in regards to their chances next season.

Troy Parrott spent last campaign on loan at MK Dons and really impressed. Speaking to football.london during the tour to South Korea, Parrott admitted:

“I’m not too sure what’s going to happen [to me]. Since pre-season started I’ve been focused just on this tour and focused on doing whatever I can to impress the boss and impress the coaching staff,” he said.

“They’ve got some great players, got a great manager and I think they should be aiming for the most they can get. The sky is the limit.”

The 20-year-old Harvey White crucially lacks playing time. His homegrown status may force the club to keep him at N17, while this season can turn decisive in his chances to stay with Tottenham in the future.
