After club’s 1000th goal, former Tottenham winger David Ginola named his favourite goal

England captain Harry Kane’s goal against Wolves not only earned Tottenham important three points in the match. The England international star also scored the club’s 1,000th goal in the Premier League.

Former Spurs winger David Ginola recalled his favorite goal with the club. Speaking to The Athletic, David Ginola was asked about his favorite goal in a North London team shirt.

When Ginola was already finishing his career with Spurs, he came on as a substitute in 12 of 23 games in the last season, and the game against Watford was particularly memorable for him. Recalling this time in the squad, he said:

It would be the one against Watford, where I dribbled past a lot of players and scored from the edge of the penalty area.
